Smokin Aces Movie Story Synopsis

Primo Sparazza wants to kill Buddy Israel, a magician nicknamed Aces, who is willing to testify against Las Vegas criminals. The FBI, having a small fish to catch a big one, places Aces into protective custody, and two agents have to protect him in his Lake Tahoe hideout. Sparazza offers a million dollars for Aces' head, and ex-criminals and bounty hunters immediately join in the hunt. The race for the jackpot is about to begin and will lead to many comic situations. This Gangster-Comedy and Action-Adventure was released on January 26th, 2007, filmed in LA and South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, directed by Joe Carnahan and stars Andy Garcia, Alicia Keys, Ben Affleck, Ryan Reynolds, Jeremy Piven.
